Hi, I’m Logan Weiss! Horizon Realty Group and I have partnered since 2017 to help people find housing throughout Chicago with efficient communication and transparency. Throughout hundreds of move-ins, I have been a resource for organization, lists, and timelines. As a Chicagoland native, I have intimate knowledge of the area, and a strong desire to make my home your home.
