All applicants must also submit the following before the application can be processed:

       1) copy of a government-issued photo ID;
       2) two recent paystubs from your current employer (if applicable) along with a completed Income Verification Form;
       3) a completed Landlord Verification Form;
       4) any applicable processing fees, as outlined below.
