Horizon Realty Group is pet friendly... But we do have some rules that we want you to be aware of.
For cats, we allow a maximum of two. There is also a non-refundable fee for each one. The only exception is Sheridan Plaza (4601 Sheridan) where we charge an additional $15 per month rent for your cat.
In most of our buildings dogs under 20 lbs are allowed. However, our dog policy does fluctuate with the demands of the property and the market conditions. Each building has a maximum dog limit.Here are some points of emphasis:
- No puppies are allowed (under 12 months old)
- All dogs must be neutered
- A photograph must be presented with the lease agreement
- A pet rider must be signed with the lease agreement
- Residents must use the back stairs when walking their dog (in buildings without elevators)
- In elevator buildings, please use the freight elevator whenever possible
- Dogs are not allowed in common areas
