Earn up to $1,000 per year in rent credits for referring your friends to Horizon Realty Group!

If you are a current resident, you can earn a $500 rent credit for every friend you refer to Horizon Realty Group that signs a 12-month lease. That means you can easily earn $1,000 just by referring 2 friends per year!

Program Rules

•    Only current residents of Horizon Realty Group are eligible to receive rent credits for referrals.
•    No resident may earn more than $1,000 worth of rent credits for referrals for any 12-month period.
•    To be eligible for a rent credit, the referred friend must sign at least a 12-month lease on an apartment not currently occupied by the referring resident.
•    To be eligible for a rent credit, the current resident’s name must be listed on the lease application form as the sole referring or marketing entity.
