Horizon Realty Group is a closely held, family operated business that owns, manages and develops residential real estate in the Chicago-land area.  Horizon Realty Group was started in 1979 and, today, currently manages over 1,200 apartments in Chicago’s north side and the Western suburb of Elmhurst.  We currently manage apartments in the flourishing neighborhoods of Rogers Park, Edgewater Beach, Buena Park, Uptown, Ravenswood, Lakeview, Wrigleyville and Lincoln Square.
